Shellharbour Man Found with Large Quantities of Drugs
A Shellharbour man, Anthony John Myers, was arrested at his home on September 2, 2024, with a large quantity of drugs found in his bedroom.
'I was a bit selfish and greedy, I guess,' the offender told the court.
According to court documents, Myers claimed that two men asked him to store the illicit substances because they didn't trust his housemate.
- 267.97 grams of cocaine
- 753.28 grams of methamphetamine
- 543 grams of unknown substance
Myers initially estimated the quantity of drugs to be "maybe a couple of ounces of ice and an ounce of coke," but police found significantly more.
The drugs were found in a locked toolbox in Myers' bedroom.
