No. 10 Georgia downed Auburn, 20-10, spoiling Cam Newton's jersey retirement after scoring 20 unanswered points in the second half.
The first 30 minutes of the contest were all Tigers, with Auburn leading 10-3 and holding the Bulldogs to 78 yards of total offense to their 237.
Auburn nearly went up three scores, but quarterback Jackson Arnold fumbled at the goal line, leading to a UGA field goal.
