Nighttime Drone Attack in Dnipro Region
A nighttime drone attack by Russian troops in the Dnipro region resulted in damage to energy facilities and one injury.
The attack occurred on the night of October 15, with the defence forces shooting down 37 drones. However, some areas were still hit, according to Serhii Lysak, the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration.
- Fires broke out in Pavlohrad, Kamianske, and Synelnykove districts due to the strikes.
- Energy infrastructure, transport, and industrial facilities were damaged.
- A 19-year-old man was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition.
DTEK announced the introduction of emergency power cuts in the region.
Russian troops also shelled Nikopol district, including Pokrovsk and Marhanets communities, using drones and rocket artillery during the day.
