Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Murder After Two Children Found Dead in Stafford
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the deaths of two children in Stafford.
Police were called to a home on Corporation Street at around 7:30am by the West Midlands Ambulance Service, where two children were pronounced dead at the scene.
A 43-year-old woman from the Stafford area has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody. The children's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially-trained officers.
A cordon is currently in place outside the home on Corporation Street.
