Mimmo, a new bakery, has opened in Quarry Bay, offering a fusion of East and West pastries.
International pastry chef Domenico Giammarella, the founder of Mimmo, brings his experiences from Canada, France, Italy, and Hong Kong to create unique pastries.
Domenico’s “four hearts into one” philosophy reflects his life journey and fusion of cultures in each pastry bite.
Mimmo is currently located in Quarry Bay and will move to western Hong Kong Island in 2026.
