Andrew Cuomo has 18 days left after losing a debate to Zohran Mamdani.
Cuomo attempted to discredit Mamdani, a 33-year-old democratic socialist, by highlighting his lack of experience in governance.

Cuomo also criticized Mamdani for his previous stance on defunding the police and his alleged support for legalizing prostitution as mayor.
Additionally, Cuomo brought up Mamdani's initial failure to disavow the slogan "Globalize the intifada."
Despite these efforts, it seemed to have little impact.
