The album was compiled by Elektra Records founder Jac Holzman and Ted Olson, who notes that Bob Dylan "may be at the center of this album’s collaborative circle…but the catalyst for forming this circle was not Dylan—it was Jac Holzman.
Other new releases include Frank Zappa’s expanded One Size Fits All, as well as music from Dallas Burrow, Rags Rosenberg, and the Far West.
