Lyft Acquires TBR Global Chauffeuring
Lyft, a San Francisco-based ride-hailing company, has acquired TBR Global Chauffeuring, a Glasgow-headquartered luxury vehicle hire firm, for £83 million in cash, plus additional contingent costs.
The acquisition will combine Lyft's technology platform with TBR's service, leveraging a network of independent fleet partners with professional chauffeurs and expertise in corporate, executive, and event transportation.
