The Dodgers have left Alex Vesia, a lefty relief pitcher, off their World Series roster due to a "deeply personal family matter."
It's certainly on our hearts and we miss him, and we'll be thinking about him.
Manager Dave Roberts stated that Vesia is "most likely" to miss the entire series. The team adjusted their bullpen, adding right-handers Edgardo Henriquez and Will Kl, to face the Blue Jays.
Vesia can now only be added to the roster as a replacement for an injured player.
