B.C. General Employees’ Union Strike Ends with Tentative Deal
The B.C. General Employees’ Union announced on Sunday morning that the nearly 8-week strike would end, following a tentative deal with the provincial government.
The agreement includes a general wage increase of 3% for four years, along with other benefits for its 34,000 members, pending a final ratification vote.
