Organic Farm Wins Chamber Prize
Emma Rozeveld and her husband, Shane Rozeveld, have been organic farmers in Lambton County since 2021.
Despite not being from the community, they have made a name for themselves with Aslan Organics, and winning the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce agri-business of the year award has been a significant recognition.
“It shows that all the years we’ve put in so far have been recognized and people are taking notice, and also celebrating how awesome the food is,”
They grow about 30 different vegetables on their farm and sell the produce onsite, as well as at the Sarnia Farmers’ Market and a few local retailers, with an online store at aslanorganics.ca.
