Charles Radtke Dominates Daniel Frunza, Secures R3 Submission
Charles Radtke and Daniel Frunza clashed in a welterweight showdown at UFC Vegas 110, with Radtke seeking to rebound from a May loss to Mike Malott at UFC 315.
Radtke (10-5) entered the matchup 3-2 in his UFC tenure, while Frunza (9-3) aimed for a fresh start after his UFC debut ended in a doctor stoppage against Rhys McKee.
Radtke took control, flattening Frunza to his left side and landing repeated shots as Frunza struggled to defend. After absorbing several right hands, Frunza shifted his focus to blocking, allowing Radtke to free his left arm and hunt for the rear-naked choke.
Radtke briefly locked the choke in but surprisingly released it, opting to continue inflicting damage from back control.
Radtke ultimately secured the R3 submission, dominating Frunza in the process.
