CPS Announces Charges Following Incident on LNER Train
The Crown Prosecution Service has announced charges against a man following an incident on a LNER train from Doncaster to London.
Anthony Williams, 32, has been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder, one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and one count of possession of a bladed article.
The incident occurred on Saturday, 01 November, 2025.
The CPS has provided guidance for victims and witnesses, including those of rape and serious sexual assault, as well as legal guides and information on the criminal justice system.
