Billiards Rooms Upgraded with New Lighting
Recreation centers in The Villages are being equipped with new lights in their billiards rooms, specifically the Diamond Professional LED panel table light.
The Sterling Heights Recreation Center recently received its new lights, with the installation completed in just one day.
Players had previously complained of headaches caused by the old lights, but the new Diamond diffused lights aim to eliminate harsh glare, providing clear visibility of each ball from any angle on the table.
According to the manufacturer's website, the 9 foot by 4 ½ foot table light costs $1,515.
The new lights shine straight down on the pool table, ensuring each ball is distinctively lit.
