Introduction of the 4th-Gen Proton Saga
The Proton Saga, Malaysia's first national car, was unveiled forty years ago by then Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir.
The new 1.5L NA engine is 25% more powerful and 14% more fuel efficient.
The car itself would go on to become one of the best-selling nameplates in the country of all time.
The fourth generation of the Saga represents a fully homegrown effort, designed, engineered, and validated by local talent, with technical collaboration with Geely.
