The Zambian government has expressed interest in adopting the National Values charter, a key component of the Nigerian Identity Project approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
This development came out of a meeting between NOA officials, led by Director General Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, and Zambian High Commission officials in Nigeria, led by Deputy High Commissioner Jenipher Mutembo, at the NOA headquarters in Abuja.
"It is my pleasure to welcome you to the premises of the National Orientation Agency,"
said Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, Director General of the NOA, as he addressed the Zambian High Commission team and provided an overview of the agency's operational structure.
