Laing O'Rourke Rejigs Board with New Appointments
Laing O'Rourke has made significant changes to its board, including the appointment of Mark Foy, former chief executive of the Office of Nuclear Regulation, as a non-executive director.
- Mark Foy will join the board next month and chair the newly formed safety committee.
- Lawyer Helen Ruelle has been appointed as group company secretary, previously a director of commercial law firm Ogier.
Other changes include Heather MacCallum becoming the senior independent director and a member of the remuneration committee, and Dr Hayaatun Sillem chairing the board's sustainability committee.
