Protesters interrupted President Donald Trump while he was giving a speech to the Israeli parliament following the peace deal between Israel and Hamas.
Hamas freed the 20 remaining hostages that were still alive Monday morning as part of the agreement after the Israeli military partially withdrew from Gaza. Hundreds of Palestinian prisoners were also released by Israel.
While Trump was giving his speech in front of Israel's Knesset, two far-left members, Ofer Cassif and Ayman Odeh, held up a sign that read
“Recognize Palestine”and started shouting. The members were escorted out for the disruption, resulting in Trump saying,
“That was very efficient.”
Trump got multiple standing ovations during his speech to the Knesset.
