Amarillo High Volleyball Aims to Remain Undefeated
The Amarillo High Sandies are the only undefeated volleyball team in District 3-5A, and they are set to host Tascosa on Tuesday.
The Lady Rebels have a solid season with an 11-1 record in district play, their only loss being to Amarillo High in September. They have swept all other district teams.
“The last time we played them, we struggled with defending the middle a little bit and so I think we’ve got to make some adjustments on that side and I think we have in practice,”
said Amarillo High head volleyball coach, Haleigh Burns. The team is focused on improving and being their best to take down Tascosa.
Amarillo High looks to keep their undefeated streak alive.
