Review of Delamain Cognacs
Malternative Belgium released two cognacs from Delamain: Lot 62 Petite Champagne and TV RES Grande Champagne 'Gastronomic Waves #1'.
After nine months of efforts, Malternative Belgium became the first independent bottler to release Delamain & Cie cognac.
A culinary experience, Gastronomic Waves #1, was held at Restaurant Taratata in Hasselt, Belgium, featuring five Delamain products paired with dishes.
Managing Director and Cellar Master Charles Braastad presented the products, including the Delamain Pale & Dry XO, made from Grande Champagne grapes.
The Delamain portfolio consists of only Grande Champagne grapes.
