Heavy flooding hit portions of Western Colorado, but the rain is now clearing.
According to KJCT, rain poured across Western Colorado in the early morning hours, with widespread rain from midnight until sunrise, matching the 60% chance of moisture in the forecast.
Drizzles are expected this morning but will fade by the end of the day as the remnants of the storms associated with Tropical Depression Raymond dissipate.

- The average precipitation for October is 0.40 inches, according to historical records.
Records have been broken with the rainfall over the last several days, prompting the National Weather Service to renew a Flood Watch for Southwestern Colorado.
