Bayer 04-Future Kids Expands to New Venues
The Bayer 04-Future Kids project has reached a new milestone with the expansion to Büderich and Wuppertal.
Young football players in the U8 to U10 age groups will train and play for Bayer 04 at these new venues from 2026.
"The first year has shown impressively that professional football training for young talents can be optimally combined with the individual needs of the children and their families in this way,"
said Simon Rolfes, Managing Director Sport at Bayer 04. Familiarisation training for the new squads began in September.
The expansion aims to discover and train the best players in these new regions and retain them at Bayer 04 at an early stage.
