A Superior Court judge rejected Glock's attempt to dismiss the lawsuit launched by New Jersey, which alleges the company produces semi-automatic pistols that can easily be converted into rapid-fire guns.

New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin celebrated the decision, stating the court rejected all of Glock's arguments to dismiss the case.
