‘ADDRESS UNKNOWN’ TO PLAY AT UNITY THEATRE NOV. 13-23

Unity Theatre to Present "Address Unknown"

Unity Theatre in Brenham will present the drama "Address Unknown" from November 13-23, a play about relationships, choices, and the distance that can grow between friends.

The play is based on the bestselling novel by Kathrine Kressmann Taylor, written as an anti-fascist warning and banned in 1930s Germany. The story follows two lifelong friends who run an art gallery in America, but their friendship is tested when one returns to native Germany and the other remains in San Francisco.

Their correspondence reveals the growing tension and tragedy of a world in turmoil, and loyalty and conscience collide.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays. A talk back with the cast and staff will follow the preview performance on November 13th, and director Justin O'Brien will chat with guests before the show on November 22nd.

Author's summary: Drama about relationships and choices.
