Police Seek Public's Help After Gunfire Reported at Four Winds Plaza
The Virgin Islands Police Department's Criminal Investigation Bureau is seeking the public's help following a shooting incident near Four Winds Plaza on St. Thomas.
According to a VIPD press release, a man discharged a single round from a handgun in the area on Sunday afternoon around 3 p.m. By the time officers arrived, the suspect had fled.
