Alberta Government Recognizes Lethbridge Organization
The Alberta government is recognizing 18 individuals and organizations for their support of seniors through the 2024–25 Minister’s Seniors Service Awards.
The awards aim to honour Albertans who show compassion, leadership and dedication in supporting seniors across the province.
- Recipients were celebrated at a ceremony at Government House during the Day of Older Persons in Alberta on Oct.
- Lethbridge Dopamine Boxing was recognized in the non-profit category for its work promoting fitness and connection among seniors.
Minister of Assisted Living and Social Services Jason Nixon congratulated the recipients, saying their service “reflects the very best of our province and has made a difference in the lives of countless seniors and communities across the province.
