The Fourth District Court of Appeal, Third Division, has issued decisions in two companion cases, striking down the Huntington Beach Voter ID Charter Amendment.
This decision comes after Huntington Beach resident Mark Bixby challenged the Voter ID charter amendment in Mark Bixby v.
