A 37-year-old man with a prior felony conviction was taken into custody in relation to a September police chase that caused a hit-and-run.
Nathaniel Lamar Gailliard, Jr. approached North Charleston officers to ask about employment opportunities with the city, but was arrested after a loaded AR-15 magazine was found in his van.
