Canada's 26th-ranked men's soccer team gave a strong effort to hold 13th-ranked Colombia to a scoreless draw in an international friendly.
The team, led by midfielder Stephen Eustaquio and winger Tajon Buchanan, proved to be a handful for the South Americans.
"I think it was a good performance, not a great performance … I felt like most of the game we were in fourth or fifth gear and we could have really pushed ourselves into sixth gear,"
said Canada coach Jesse Marsch, who was not satisfied with the draw. Scoring chances were limited for both teams until the final minutes.
