High-Risk Sex Offender Moves to Albert Lea
Albert Lea police announced that Mark Ray Davis, a 44-year-old high-risk sex offender, has moved to Albert Lea.
Davis is listed as homeless and reportedly moved to the community in September.
According to police, in 1997, Davis engaged in sexual contact against an unknown adult female in Chisago County.
He approached the woman in a public setting, asked for a ride, and used force, a weapon, and restraints to gain control.
Davis is described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 194 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and is listed as American Indian and Alaskan Native.
He is classified as a Level 3 offender, indicating the highest likelihood of reoffending.
