Team Sturmay Clinches Berth into Final at 2025 Home Hardware Pre-Trials
Team Selena Sturmay (5-1; Edmonton) secured a spot in the best two-of-three final at the 2025 Home Hardware Canadian Curling Pre-Trials with a 10-2 win over Team Kayla MacMillan (4-2; Victoria).
The win came in a pressure-packed situation, where a victory would guarantee a spot in the trials. Team Sturmay handled the opportunity well, cementing their berth into the final.
The final will take place at the Andrew H. McCain Arena in Wolfville, N.S., starting Saturday at 9 a.m. The winner will earn a spot at the 2025 Montana’s Canadian Curling Trials, presented by Connect Hearing, at Scotiabank Arena in Halifax.
