The Georgetown Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal hit-skip crash involving a pedestrian that occurred on October 24.
The crash happened on state Route 125 near mile marker 16 in Jefferson Township, Brown County, and resulted in the death of Caleb Holbert, 22, from Russellville.
