Supreme Court Upholds 19-Year Sentences for Disrupting Mobilization
The Supreme Court has confirmed the 19-year prison sentences for two Russians, Roman Nasryev and Alexei Nureyev, who attempted to disrupt mobilization.
In April 2023, the Central District Military Court sentenced them to 19 years in prison for a terrorist attack and training in terrorist activities.
The defendants believed that the personal files of persons subject to mobilization were kept in the city administration building.
A representative of the military enlistment office confirmed that the administration building houses a military registration desk of the military commissariat, which handles partial mobilization and reserve personnel files.
Nasryev and Nureyev are included in the list of terrorists and extremists of ROSFINMONITORING.
