General Shadrack Sibiya Testifies in Parliament
The suspended Deputy National Commissioner General Shadrack Sibiya testified before the Ad Hoc Committee in Parliament, stating
"I do so under protest", indicating he was compelled to testify unwillingly.
The committee was established to investigate allegations made by KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Commissioner General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi regarding the infiltration of the criminal justice system.
